Why I Started Vaflor Virtual Services

I started Vaflor Virtual Services after working alongside my sister in her virtual assistant business. When she decided to step away to focus on her family, I realized I wanted to start my own business and build something centered around the work I truly love doing.

Entrepreneurship has always been part of my life. My dad started his own company in 2014, my mom ran a successful eBay business when my sister and I were growing up and now owns two thriving Airbnb properties, and several other members of my family run their own businesses as well. Starting my own felt like a natural step.

Before this, I was an elementary school teacher in Ohio for over three years. While I loved teaching and working with my students, I eventually realized I wanted a career that allowed for more flexibility and balance. Many of the skills I developed in the classroom, like organization, planning, and attention to detail, translate perfectly into the work I do today.
